Enquiries

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, you may share your name, contact details and workspace requirements. We use these details to respond to you and discuss our services.

Room bookings

When you book a room, we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional company name, chosen room, date and time. We use this information to manage your booking and send booking details and confirmations. Upcoming bookings displayed publicly show only the room, date and time; they do not display your contact details. Authorised site administrators can view booking details in WordPress.

Other services

Our website uses WordPress and may use an email delivery service to send messages. If WhatsApp booking alerts are enabled, booking information may also be sent through WhatsApp. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to services operated by other companies, which have their own privacy terms.
